My Grandmum, though she grew up in Scotland, never got to go to the Highlands. We will be spending most of all our 15 days traversing the Highlands and some of the Islands. I should hear by today whether or not they were able to get everything cleared up. I am hoping with all my being that it will be fine. Thanks for you thoughts, comments and the advice for clothing. I can't remember if Dumbarton is on our itinerary but if it is I will be sure too look for your Grandfather's name.
