Flamingo-go

Flamingo in shades

"Clean" graffiti washed into the dirt

Carved longboat on the pavement (I was looking at it side-on to start with and was completely baffled - I thought it was maybe some sort of wizard's hat)

Clydebuilt 4

I was at the CCA on Thursday evening for the St. Mungo's Mirrorball Clydebuilt 4 reading.  I hadn't actually intended to take pictures, so hadn't brought my camera, but couldn't resist a last minute request for a few shots.  Unfortunately all I had with me was my phone and as the Club Room at the CCA is not overburdened with illumination the resulting shots are a bit impressionistic (i.e. blurry, grainy and underexposed).

First up was Janine MacEwan

Followed by Amy Anderson

and Geoff Cooper (who had unfortunately left the poems he'd originally intended to read on the number 21 bus).

Jim Carruth introducing the next person to read (he says this is his 'thinking expression')
 Liz Bassett

Katherine Sowerby

and finally the Clydebuilt 4 mentor, Gerry Loose.
