Heather agreed to be yesterday's photo-subject in a couple of very glamorous corsets, despite my completely inept assistance with the lacing - it's much more complex than it looks to get the laces pulled in the right order. I would never have cut it as a Victorian lady's maid...

You did a grand job! I should add that it's much easier to practise lacing on someone who's much too small for the corset, e.g. you! My ample form made it all the more like hard physical labour I think :-)
But it looks good in the photos! :-)
