If memory serves, that's Sir Walter Scott. Not content with having the stone, space rocket in Em'bruh he's striking a pose on top of this column.
Aha - I should have suspected he'd get in on the act somewhere...I once got a nasty bump on my head while climbing the one in Edinburgh :-(
