The Elgin Marbles

Apparently the President of Greece has recently renewed calls for Britain to return the Elgin Marbles to Greece. Clearly he is unaware of the many compelling arguments put forward by W.N. Herbert as to Why the Elgin Marbles should be returned to Elgin - available to read here (click and go to page 143 - it's a bit footery as I can't get it to give me a direct link...).

TJ came round to demonstrate his new car last night - complete with red and blue dials - so I sat in the back and took photos. You're actually supposed to do this by wedging a tripod into the back of the car, not just holding the camera, so they're a wee bit blurry. But entertaining...




(I think that last one was going round a roundabout).
